The Atrium Health Administrative Fellowship is a one-year project-based program that selects up to three fellows each year. It is designed to provide the fellow with broad knowledge of corporate operations and strategic planning. Under the guidance of their preceptor, fellows gain substantial experience and exposure to diverse divisions, departments and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
