Atrium Health is proud to offer a Transition to Practice New Graduate RN Residency Program for all New Graduate Registered Nurses at the beginning of their nursing careers.
The RN Residency Program provides New Graduate RNs with a dedicated team of Nurse Educators who work with New Graduates in an atmosphere that promotes learning, clinical application and socialization during the transition from student nurse to Registered Nurse. The program includes classes and simulation lab experiences, as well as clinical orientation with a Preceptor, providing a solid foundation for clinical decision making, time management and interdisciplinary communication.
All New Graduate RNs (both internal teammates and external applicants) must complete the application process and residency program to begin a nursing career with Atrium Health.
Please review the following information before you begin the application process.
