Frequently Asked Questions

For your convenience, your most current application status can be found online. To check the status of your application from our careers site, click on My Account located in the footer of the site. Enter the email address used to submit your application and click Send Email. You'll be prompted to enter the verification code that will be sent to your email. Once you enter the code, select Verify to be taken to your profile. All submitted applications will be listed under the Active Job Applications section in your profile with the status on the right. If you click on the arrow next to the status, you are given the option to withdraw your application if necessary.

Yes, you can upload a resume to your profile by clicking "Edit Personal Information" under your name. You can upload your resume to parse into your profile information or drag and drop at the bottom. Your profile is created when you apply to a position where you also have an opportunity to upload or update your resume

Use the Search Jobs feature, Keyword Search Bar or browse our Featured Jobs pages to find a job of interest to you. Select the title of the job to view the job description and click Apply Now. You will be prompted to enter your email address and submit your application from that point. You must use an active email address to create your account and apply for a position.

To create a job alert, click on Set Up Job Alerts located on the left side of your job search results page or Featured Jobs page. Enter your email address, a name for the job alert and frequency for which you wish to receive the alerts and click Create. You will receive a Job Alert confirmation email shortly after. You can stop a job alert from any job alert email by selecting "If you wish to stop this job notification, click here."

Some email providers may deliver Job Alert emails to your Spam, Junk, or Clutter folders. Check these folders per your email provider's instructions and add Atrium Health to your "safe sender" whitelist if the Job Alert emails are being delivered to one of these folders. The email address Job Alerts come from is [email protected]. Please do not send messages to this email address as it does not accept incoming messages.

In order to apply for positions at Atrium Health, you will need a valid email address. If you do not currently have an email account, conduct a web search for “free email” to find many email providers.

Yes. The decision to sponsor a Visa or a Green Card is decided by the hiring manager.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, all interviews will be conducted by phone calls or live video until further notice. Please note, Atrium Health will never conduct an interview via Google Hangouts and will never request money or payment in exchange for an interview. If you are asked for money in exchange for an interview or contacted to schedule an interview via Google Hangouts, please end communication immediately and report the action to the police, as you may have been targeted by someone posing as an Atrium Health representative.

If an Atrium Health hiring leader would like to offer you employment, a representative from our Human Resources department will reach out to you directly by phone or email. Your Human Resources contact will guide you through the pre-employment process. Atrium Health will never request money or payment related to an offer of employment, onboarding or other expenses prior to your first day of employment. If anyone asks for money in exchange for an interview, job offer or job-related materials, you may have been targeted by someone posing as an Atrium Health representative or leader. We suggest that you end communication immediately and report the action to the police.
