Bonus Payout Schedule, Eligibility and Rules

Bonuses paid in two (2) installments:

First half of the bonus will be paid out after the completion of the first 90 days of employment.
Second half of the bonus will be paid out after the completion of the first year (12 months) of employment.
Bonuses are processed for payout the pay period after the anniversary dates.

Bonuses paid in three (3) installments:

First installment will be paid out after the completion of the first 90 days of employment.
Second installment will be paid out after the completion of the first year (12 months) of employment
Final installment will be paid out after the completion of the second year (24 months) of employment.
Bonuses are processed for payout the pay period after the anniversary dates.

Eligibility and Rules:

Eligible Teammates include:

All new hires who meet the requirements of the bonus
Previous employees who have been outside of Atrium Health for over one year
Current employees who are transferring into the role for the first time. For example, PCA to RN
PRN employees accepting a full-time position are eligible but must remain in the full-time role for a period of 12-months
New hires outside of the Greater Charlotte area may also be eligible for relocation assistance.
The payments will be a part of the compensation offered and will be subject to all applicable state, federal and FICA taxes
Teammates must be actively on payroll in the qualifying full-time position at the time of bonus distribution or else payment is forfeited
Teammates must be in good standing at the time of bonus distribution with no current disciplinary actions
It can take up to two payroll periods after each benchmark for the funds to be received
