Imaging:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Currently enrolled and in a Radiology Technologist Program
- 1st Year students qualify for Radiology Tech Assistant with ability to transition to Radiology Tech Associate once 1 year of education is complete.
- Students must remain in good academic standing.
- Participants must be able to work at a facility in the Atrium Health Greater Charlotte area. PRN (minimum of three shifts in a six-week period). Part-time, and Full-time positions may be available.
- All participants are eligible for up to $3,000 in prepaid tuition assistance, after 90 days of employment.
- There is a one-year work commitment that begins once the tuition assistance is received.
- Provides a supportive transition from student to Radiology Technologist position throughout with potential to go into other modalities.

Respiratory Therapy:
- Enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Care educational program approved by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC). Successful completion of 1 year of program required.
- Registered with the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) as an RCA required.
- Basic Life Support for healthcare providers through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Participants must be able to work at a facility in the Atrium Health Greater Charlotte area. PRN (minimum of three shifts in a six-week period).
- All participants are eligible for up to $3,000 in prepaid tuition assistance, after 90 days of employment.
- There is a one-year work commitment that begins once the tuition assistance is received.

Surgical Technology:
- Enrolled in an accredited school of surgical technology.
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (SPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required.
- Third semester students work in a surgical scrub role, under the direct supervision of a Surgical Technologist/RN in the scrub role at the sterile field.
- During the fourth semester, with demonstrated competency in the scrub role, students may be assigned as the first scrub under supervision on non-complex surgical procedure surgical procedures.
- Participants must be able to work at a facility in the Atrium Health Greater Charlotte area. PRN (minimum of three shifts in a six-week period). Part-time, and Full-time positions may be available.
- All participants are eligible for up to $3,000 in prepaid tuition assistance, after 90 days of employment.
- There is a one-year work commitment that begins once the tuition assistance is received.
