This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs are eligible for a bonus up to $20,000 for Full Time positions and up to $10,000 for Part Time positions based on experience. Atrium Health Cabarrus is a regional 457-bed, not-for-profit hospital in Concord, NC. More than 4,200 hospital employees provide services through an extensive inpatient and outpatient network, including Jeff Gordon Children's Center, Hayes Family Center and Batte Cancer Center, part of Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute.  Our Internal Medicine Department is a 44 Bed Unit.

Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
• Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
