Overview
The position of Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is responsible for training all end-users on the use of McKesson Star and associated applications for financial services workflows. The Specialist works with the Training Supervisor to ensure that all end-user training and end-user training remediation is satisfied and uses the curriculum, lessons, and training materials created by the Training Supervisor to assist in training end users. The Specialist presents information/training in front of an audience and is knowledgeable in Adult Education principles and understands the workflows (or can learn the workflows) of the department(s) that he or she will be responsible to train.
