Overview
Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Scheduling Center within Floyd Healthcare Management Inc. The Diagnostic Scheduler I will answer incoming calls in order to address the appropriate course of action. The Diagnostic Scheduler I is responsible for pre-registering and scheduling moderately complex and specialized procedures and coordinating multiple resources for patient having multiple services. The Diagnostic Scheduler will report to the Central Scheduling Supervisor / Manager.
