Under immediate supervision, provides support for development, implementation, and/or maintenance of technology and information systems initiatives.  Responsible for all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle process and improvement initiatives including planning, analysis, design, testing, and support. Assists with the new account creation process (new-hires, merges, rehires) and able to research and resolve basic account issues.  Able to escalate items where additional follow-up is necessary.  


Essential Functions:

  • Provides technical system and application administration support
  • Focuses on aligning IAS services with the needs of the business
  • Able to follow standardized processes and procedures and interpret documentation
  • Able to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • Able to work as a team member to provide cross-training to peers to improve skills and verify competency
  • Applies appropriate customer service skills to meet Atrium / department initiatives
  • Effectively listens to and comprehends in group discussions and in one-one-one settings with team and within IAS
  • Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and through writing within team, within IAS, or with external customers
  • Meets or exceeds department standard procedures and documentation requirements
  • Accepts on call responsibilities as a Level 1 resource.  Resolves customer emergent issues and / or escalates to the appropriate person or group as needed.
  • Informs the immediate supervisor of any abnormal circumstances relates to performance of job duties in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Willingness to begin learning and start utilizing basic lean methodologies to improve and streamline department procedures
  • Plans work effort based on one's own work tasks
  • Understands customer requirements and expectations for simple projects / tasks
  • Reacts according to procedures, basic triage, understands expectations, and turnaround time when responding to questions


Highschool diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics/Analytics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.  Must be available for callback support on a regular basis.
