Overview
Shift: 7p - 7a w/call; 36 hrs/wk.
This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible for a bonus of $25,000 for Full Time positions, and $10,000 for Part Time positions. Atrium Stanly Women’s Services Unit consist of 3 triage rooms, 6 LDRP rooms, and 11 postpartum/surgical rooms. We care for labor patients, couplets (mother/baby), newborns, post operative surgical patients and medical patients.
Nurses are trained in all areas of Women’s Services and Medical/Surgical Nursing. The unit is a fast-paced environment requiring strong triage, critical thinking, and prioritization skills. The team partners and closely collaborates with our obstetric providers, pediatricians, hospitalist, and specialists to provide evidence-based care.

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
