We are seeking a Urologist who has fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine/Urogynecology.

Atrium Health Women's Care Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery, located in Charlotte, NC, offers advanced treatments and surgical care for complex pelvic floor disorders and gynecological conditions. With cutting-edge diagnostic tools, leading treatments and minimally invasive surgery, our board-certified doctors and surgeons provide expert gynecological care.

Position overview

  • Atrium Health Department of Urology has a total of 18 Physicians and 14 APPs. Candidate will be third member the Female Pelvic Medicine/Neurourology team.
  • Our residency program has two residents per year as part of a five year program.
  • Our APP fellowship program in Urology has two APP’s per year.
  • The Gynecology based FPMRS fellowship program has one fellow per year.
  • Treatments and services covered by Department of Urology and the Women's Center for Pelvic Health team: Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Neurourology, Minimally Invasive Urologic and Gynecologic Surgery, and Chronic Pelvic Pain.
  • Inpatient/outpatient
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00 with shared Urology call coverage at CMC with other faculty members of the department

Position requirements

  • BC/BE Urologist
  • Completed or will complete fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine/Urogynecology
  • Ideal candidate would be interested in medical student and resident education, urologic research, and helping to further the academic mission of the Department of Urology
