Shift Details: 7p - 7a, Weekend Nights

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible for a bonus of $25,000 for Full Time positions, and $12,500 for Part Time positions. Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby is a 241-bed hospital serving greater Cleveland County, NC, and the surrounding region. We were the first Level III trauma center in NC, offering advanced emergency care.

Atrium Cleveland Intensive Care Unit consists of 18 beds serving both medical and surgical critically ill patients. Our unit is fast-paced and requires strong critical thinking abilities, organization and prioritization, as well as thorough assessment skills. The ICU nurse partners with our intensivist team and other disciplines to manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, titratable infusions, pronation of ventilated patients, trauma, temporary pacemakers and targeted temperature management. Our team encourages professional development through participation in shared governance, continuing education and professional certification.
