Overview
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the physicians' office practice in compliance with established policies and procedures and all applicable regulatory requirements. Ensures proper training of staff and employee conformance to established practices in order to provide high quality healthcare services in line with good customer relations.
Education: Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Healthcare field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Three years of progressive experience in a Physician Office with a supervisory/management role.
Certification/License/Registration: Certificate in Medical Billing/Coding strongly preferred.
