Geriatrics - Charlotte - Physician

Overview

Atrium Health Senior Care is seeking a Fellowship-trained, BE/BC Geriatric Physician to join their growing team in Charlotte, NC.  

Position Highlights: 

•    Provide specialty, consultative geriatric care 
•    Join current team of 6 physicians, 11 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
•    Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 5:00pm
•    Call rotation (phone-only) average 6 weekends/year 
•    Excellent work culture & collegiality among providers and staff.  

Who you are:
•    Fellowship-Trained and BE/BC Geriatrician
•    Internal Medicine or Family Medicine certified
•    Efficient to provide value-based, geriatric primary care in LTC locales
•    Skilled in consultative care – Acute and ambulatory spaces
•    Comfortable with Goals of Care and Advanced Care Planning discussions
•    EMR documentation expert
•    Dedicated to teaching/precepting medical students, residents, and fellows
