Orthopedic Surgeon - Rosenburg Bone and Joint (Columbus, NC) - Physician

Overview

Rosenberg Bone and Joint, an affiliate of Atrium Health, is seeking a full-time, Orthopedic Surgeon to join their current team of 2 MD’s and 2 APP’s in Columbus, NC.

Qualities of ideal candidate:

• Prefer experience in an Orthopedic practice.
• Interest and/or experience in sports medicine and musculoskeletal institute development.
• Board Certified by American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Opportunity/Practice details include:

• Full time inpatient/outpatient position; office hours 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• 2 days in OR and 2 ½ days a week in the clinic.
• After hours call coverage on a rotating schedule with APPs taking first call.  10-15 OR call days per month, rotating with the other MDs.
• Established clinic which has concentrated mainly on joint replacements.  Looking to expand to center for sports medicine and general ortho procedures.  Emphasis on shoulder and hands.
