Hematology/Oncology Physician - LCI Ballantyne

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute is recruiting to add a board-eligible/board-certified Medical Oncologist who is comfortable seeing both hematology and oncology patients to join one of our regional offices in South Charlotte. The practice is in an efficient suburban site with rapid growth and a well-established regional reputation. We are looking for an energetic physician to join an existing faculty of three full-time physicians in a busy practice.

Qualified Candidates Will Be:

• Comfortable with inpatient and outpatient management, chemotherapy treatment, and clinical trial enrollment
• Willing to collaborate with thought leaders in hematology, oncology, surgical oncology, and radiation oncology

About the Practice:

• Clinical trials will be offered on-site with more complex services such as leukemia, CAR-T cell, and Phase 1 trials within Charlotte at our comprehensive cancer center.
• Providers work as an extension of the larger cancer center with integrated care via shared pathways, tumor boards, and research.
• Providers also have access to LCI’s extensive palliative and supportive services.

• Opportunities exist to develop subspecialties in addition to general practice with support of our larger comprehensive cancer center (if desired)
