Our department is nationally recognized for excellence in clinical care and research in specialty areas including acute care surgery, colon and rectal, hepatobiliary, transplant, trauma, burns, pediatric surgery, endocrine, surgical oncology and minimally invasive surgery.
Graduates of the program have gone on to become board-certified surgeons, obtaining highly competitive fellowships in fields such as surgical oncology and pediatric surgery.
