We’re seeking a self-motivated Brand Management Strategist with experience managing a portfolio of brands and multiple projects with many stakeholders. The ideal individual will understand the importance of managing a brand for consistency and be able to communicate the role of brand. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture and joy working with other professionals who believe in creating innovative solutions to problems


Essential Functions

  • Ensure brand guideline adherence for a full portfolio of brands
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Physical Requirements

Works primarily remote. Occasional evening and weekend work. Position requires walking around campus and/or other facilities. Must be able to drive and have access/use of a personal vehicle. Requires reading materials, speaking clearly on the telephone, and operating computer keyboard. Occasional lifting of documents or supplies. .


Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or Computer Science. Master's preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator 
  • Background in brand management, marketing or advertising fields
  • Excellent client-facing and internal 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
