Job Summary
To provide medical coverage and support Charlotte Football Team Academy student-athletes.
Essential Functions
- Provides medical support and leadership to athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, and medical team.
- Develops and manages annual goals and budgeting
Requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, lifting, and reaching. Requires ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds shoulder high and 50 pounds waist high. Requires ability to hear (corrected) and vision (corrected).
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Certification through the National Trainers Association required. 3 years’ experience as High School or college NATA certified athletic trainer preferred. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.
