Job SummaryDevelop, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of enterprise marketing and/or business development strategy, products, or programs across a variety of channels including but not limited to development, research, product/brand, communications, digital, and outreach.
Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization. Technical experience may include: use of Sitecore, structured data elements, knowledge of HTML 4/5 & CSS 3 (able to write/edit/troubleshoot code using a text editor), basic knowledge of responsive/mobile layout techniques (able to use Bootstrap to create a page layout), or basic knowledge of web page performance testing and optimization. Generally, requires the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Prefer 3-5 years experience in digital product design and marketing, Project management/SCRUM-
prior experience on a scrum team a plus, experience with developers/non-stakeholders, experience writing user stories and performing user acceptance testing.
