Our New Grad Residency Program is a 12-month program that supports newly licensed registered nurses (RNs) as they make their initial transition to practice in one of our five medical centers. The program includes a comprehensive, evidence-based clinical orientation and a nursing professional development transition to practice curriculum. The program's framework is designed as follows:

  • Over the course of the first three months, you'll have the opportunity to integrate both theory and skills by engaging in live specialty-track clinical academies. These academies will be led by a dedicated team of nurse educators who will guide you through the process.

  • As an integral part of your journey, you'll engage in insightful clinical discussions and interactive experiences facilitated by subject matter experts. These sessions will cover essential topics such as professionalism in nursing, critical thinking, patient outcomes, as well as self-care and well-being.
