Overview
This position is sign on bonus eligible! Experienced RNs are eligible for a bonus of $15,000 for full time positions and $7,500 for part time positions. The Admission Discharge Transition Unit (ADTU) consists of multiple medical/surgical pods for patient capacity/ throughput-transitory unit for patients who are admitted with acute medical and/or surgical conditions, many with multiple co- morbidities. The care is delivered for a wide range of diagnoses including COPD, diabetes, chest pain, shortness of breath, pneumonia, fever of unknown etiology, and fluid and electrolyte imbalances to name a few. These units have capacity for telemetry monitors and administer/monitor several cardiac drips. This position provides an exciting opportunity for flexibility and autonomy in fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills are required with the ability to use resources effectively.

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
