Overview

What you will do:
Provides direct supervision to Ambassadors and Access Navigation Hub Specialists.  Includes working in a fast-paced telephone call center environment.  Accountable for accurate and timely registrations, charge posting and cash posting.  Monitors quality performance and productivity standards for personnel by reviewing completed work and insuring compliance to divisional standards. Works closely with the Quality Control group to ensure monitoring, timely correction and action related to the accurate scheduling and registrations.  Develops, implements and monitors monthly goals for staff members and documents progress.  Ensures all dealings with the public are in a professional.  Positive, well organized and motivated individual capable of motivating others to positive outcomes. Serves as a point of contact and resource for departmental customers in the various service areas. Projects and exemplifies the team concept to all employees and be a mentor to all employees.


What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Substitute 6 years of related experience as education requirement
  • Three years of experience in Business, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, Customer Service or related field.
