Job Summary

Supports the delivery of human resource services, specifically through Atrium Health LiveWELL.

Essential Functions

•    Assist with coordination and ongoing evaluation and day-to-day administration of health and wellness programs.
•    Reviews existing processes and ways to improve efficiencies and promote program awareness and engagement.  
•    Assists with coordination of health and wellness campaigns.
•    Assists in day-to-day administration of vendors. 
•    Assists in auditing of plan records. Tracks information on programs.
•    Maintains a strong understanding of all company-sponsored benefit and wellness programs and eligibility requirements.
•    Supports the interpretation and application of benefit and wellness plans and programs.
•    Keeps up-to-date on changes in human resources related regulations and trends.
•    Assists with maintenance of policies, tools, communication and training materials.
•    Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Physical Requirements
Work requires typing, filing, use of telephone and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Stretching, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling are required a moderate amount of the time. May lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis. Some standing and walking is required. Must speak and understand English fluently. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and concentrate effectively. Good hearing is required for related communications

Education, Experience and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of related experience required. 2 years of human resources experience preferred. Strong computer knowledge has excellent communication and customer service skills with an emphasis in records administration required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. Proficient in PeopleSoft or similar Human Resources Information System preferred.
