Atrium Health is seeking a BC/BE Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician to join their growing team. 

Carolinas Palliative Care & Hospice Group provides clinical services that reflect the organizations philosophy and mission: to promote comprehensive, compassionate care for all living with serious illness. Join the growing CPCHG Team who cover inpatient, outpatient, and hospice care.

Highlights:

•    Join interdisciplinary team with collegial relationships that foster team oriented care at our Cabarrus/ Concord location
•    Strong referral base   
•    8 am to 5 pm, Monday- Friday
•    Inpatient setting
•    Shared call - rotating schedule every 6 to 8 weeks with an APP
•    7 holidays in addition to up to 25 days of PTO/CME
•    Competitive salary with annual CME funds 
•    Board certification or Board eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
