This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible for a bonus of $10,000 for Full Time positions, and $5,000 for Part Time positions. 3 North is a 31 bed Medical Surgical unit that specializes in the treatment of new onset medical conditions and continuum of care for a diverse population of adult patients. Common medical conditions addressed by our healthcare team include but are not limited to: issues related to pancreatitis, diabetes, sickle cell, Gastro-issues, Pneumonia, COPD, Substance abuse, Placement, mental issues, and all other general medical conditions.
Job SummaryThe RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
