Overview
What you will do:
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) directs, modifies, and administers occupational therapy modalities and treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA assists patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The COTA ensures patient charges are accurate and submitted in a timely manner and participates in operational aspects of the department, contributing to performance improvement and CQI activities.
What you will need:
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy
New graduates will be considered
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Georgia license
