Overview
This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible for a bonus of $15,000 for Full Time positions, and $7,500 for Part Time positions. Get to know our Unit: 4Pine at Atrium Health Pineville is a Post-Surgical Med/Surg unit with 32 beds and 4 surge spaces. In joining our team you will gain a range of experience and knowledge, providing post-surgical care for hips, knees, spinal, general orthopedics, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, ENT, urology, VATs, and other general surgeries, with the exception of cardiac and pediatric cases.

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
