Overview
What will you do:
Responsible for food preparation and cooking. Preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and other dinning functions for the facility. Responsibility to included sanitation guidelines set by the Department of Health.
Major job functions:
Prepares food under supervision for designated areas
Runs and maintains all kitchen machinery in accordance to guidelines
Rotates and labels all food items in designated area.
Proficient in knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and sanitation guidelines set by the Department of Health
May be asked to perform any of the following duties: salad prep, prep cook, breakfast cook, grille cook, banquet cook, receiving clerk, line cook, healthcare cook
What you will need:
High school diploma or GED
One year advance quality kitchen experience
