Provides support for large Windows physical and virtual server environment including backup/recovery, monitoring and patching. Utilizes troubleshooting skills to tackle issues that may cross a variety of technologies from server to SAN to networking. Assists application teams and works closely with vendors in troubleshooting issues.
High School Diploma or GED
Four years of direct experience in dealing with data communication systems and/or Information Technologies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or job-related field preferred. Any Cloud and/or Automation related experience is a plus.
