What you will do:
Assists or leads large complex projects to install and/or maintain software systems.  Duties include translating user/organizational requirements into the best possible technical solution, identifying problem causes, designing a solution, modifying the application or process, testing, implementation and documentation of the solution.  Project leadership duties will include involvement in hardware/software selection, defining project by establishing a detailed project work plan with tasks to be completed, resources required, and timeframes required to meet goals, on small to large scale projects.  Project leadership role also includes responsibility of working with the project budget, directing and monitoring progress on project tasks, making presentations to Information Services management and project team on accomplishments, issues and solution alternatives.  Effective Communication to users and management is essential. This position works under the guidance of Network System Analyst III (Cisco) and assists the Director Technical Services - Network in planning, installation, programming, modification, optimization and maintenance of all MCCG networking systems and services.  Provides assistance to Information Services Directors and other MCCG staff in determining the integration of current and proposed applications into the existing MCCG network.  Establishes, maintains and follows networking standards for the organization.

What you will need:
Must be a High School or GED Diploma Graduate
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (experience may be substituted for formal education)

Certifications a plus  A++, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCP, MCSE    
Four years of direct experience in dealing with data communication systems and/or Information Technologies.

Network Analyst skills preferred:
Experience with Cisco Switches, routers and Hubs; network Infrastructure, NT and/or Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 server; Client/Server environments, Familiar with desktop operating systems, Health Care related environment, Active Directory, data communications
