Overview
The Department of Pediatrics within Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist/Brenner Children’s is seeking to hire an additional faculty member to our section of Pediatric Endocrinology. We seek a clinician-educator or clinician-scientist who is passionate about expanding a program academically and developing community-partnered programs for patients. The Section of Pediatric Endocrinology is a dynamic, cohesive team consisting of 4 faculty Pediatric Endocrinologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers, complemented by a strong support network of educators, nurses, and social workers. Working in an integrated manner with General Pediatrics and other subspecialties, we provide full spectrum care in both inpatient and outpatient settings across several locations. Additionally, we offer a general endocrinology clinic along with various subspecialty clinics and programs, with ongoing plans for expansion. As an integral component of the Diabetes & Endocrinology Center, we collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of diabetes experts to provide comprehensive services tailored to the needs of our pediatric patients.
