This position is sign-on bonus eligible! Experienced RNs are eligible for a bonus of $15,000 for full time positions and $7,500 for part time positions. The Admission Discharge Transition Unit (ADTU) consists of multiple medical/surgical pods for patient capacity/ throughput-transitory unit for patients who are admitted with acute medical and/or surgical conditions, many with multiple co- morbidities. The care is delivered for a wide range of diagnoses including COPD, diabetes, chest pain, shortness of breath, pneumonia, fever of unknown etiology, and fluid and electrolyte imbalances to name a few. These units have capacity for telemetry monitors and administer/monitor several cardiac drips. This position provides an exciting opportunity for flexibility and autonomy in fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills are required with the ability to use resources effectively.
