Overview

Serves as initial contact in the identification, analysis, resolution and documentation of a wide variety of hardware/software service interruptions. Coordinates with other Information Services resources and/or outside vendors.  Troubleshoots and corrects computer and communications problems.  

What is required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
One year experience working with personal computers or networks
