Rotator - varied schedule
AHN is a Level I Trauma Center. Our Laboratory provides sophisticated inpatient and outpatient testing services in a fully automated Core Laboratory to include automated Abbott chemistry line, IRIS urine analyzers, Diagnostica Stago coagulation analyzers and Sysmex hematology line. LIS system is EPIC Beaker.
What you will do:
Performs a variety of laboratory examinations and tests including specialized or experimental procedures assuring rapid and accurate results.
Supervises lesser qualified employees of the section.
What is required:
Bachelors degree in Medical Lab Science
Registration as a Medical Technologist by the Board of Registry as ASCP or AMT or registry eligible
All newly hired technical staff must pass an approved certification exam within five (5) months of placement.
