Overview
*Priority review will be given to Atrium Health, Wake Forest Baptist Health, and Navicent teammates*
Working closely with the Enterprise Vice President, Integration and senior level executives, this position will be responsible for helping to advance Atrium Health’s integration approach and strategy. Candidates will be considered at both the Director and Assistant Vice President level for this role.
This role will focus on three main areas of integration:
1) Design and architecture of the Integration Management Office
2) Capabilities and processes related to system-wide integration
3) Project management and implementation planning of integration.
This role will be accountable for driving integration overall objectives, including value capture and mission impact. This position will also help lead the day-to-day operations of the integration team to achieve stated objectives and enable effective alignment and collaboration between stakeholders. This role will engage relevant stakeholders, including enterprise and clinical teams, in the development and execution of effective integration plans and prepare reports and updates to the relevant Steering Committee.
In partnership with the Enterprise VP, this role will ensure that strategic combinations are successfully integrated into the System. Specifically, delivering on the following objectives:

Work requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer, talking on the telephone, and preparing reports and other statistical data in an office environment. Must be able to stand, walk and travel in personal car to other facilities. Work also requires the carrying of up to 20 pounds of materials (files, projectors, laptops). Able to work rapidly and accurately under pressure.
