4S ADTU is a fast paced admission/discharge/transition unit that specializes in the treatment of new onset medical conditions in the acute care setting. All beds are equipped with telemetry and ICU connectivity to enable our team to quickly and safely meet the healthcare needs for our patients. Common medical conditions addressed by our healthcare team include, but are not limited to: congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, pulmonary edema, hypertension, renal disease, and initial cardiac work up (stress test) for chest pain and/or shortness of breath.

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
