Overview
Job Summary:
Provides guest-related information and support at the Guest Services Center, ensuring a professional and positive representation of the Information Services Program and Medical Center.
Education/Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of work experience.
- Preferred: University-level courses in communications, psychology, or related fields.
Essential Functions:
- Resolves issues and provides referral information for internal and external inquiries.
- Offers directions and navigation assistance for Medical Center visitors.
- Explains Medical Center policies and procedures as needed.
- Uses computer systems to retrieve requested information.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with the Medical Center layout and services.
Work Environment:
- Clean, comfortable, and well-lit workspace.
