Overview
François Modave, PhD, Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and member of the Center for Remote Health Monitoring and the Center for AI Research, is looking for a talented mobile developer to work with our multidisciplinary team in the CRHM to develop a physical activity mobile application designed to automatically build physical activity programs for various populations. The developer will work with the team to utilize a user-centered design process to develop the app.
The developer will be an undergraduate or graduate student in computer science, computer engineering or related field. They will have experience developing for iPhones, e.g., Swift, or for iPhones and Android, e.g., Swift and Kotlin, or expertise developing in React Native, Flutter and similar cross-platform programming languages and environments.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in building mobile tools to improve health across various populations, will be enthusiastic to work with a multidisciplinary team with expertise in AI, biomedical informatics, digital health, mental health, pediatrics, older adults health, exercise science, implementation science, etc.
