Overview
Performs multi-facility radiology appointment scheduling by phone, fax or electronic queue for radiology
outpatient exams. Remains abreast of schedule restrictions and requirements for over 150 exams and 9
facilities. Communicates exam preparation and procedure information to patients or ordering physician
offices. Communicates exam protocol to physicians and office staff. Gathers and documents pertinent patient
information to ensure compliance with safety standards. Provides assistance to practice team members to
ensure appropriate order types and diagnosis codes are provided.
