Overview
JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the lead stakeholder for a hospital or group of sites within the WFBMC organization. Position is responsible for the daily ITS operations, issues, communication, prioritization, and client satisfaction within that functional site. Works closely with all areas of Information Technology and Services to ensure that the levels of effort, timeliness, and resources are expended for the projects within the area, tracking the progress of those projects and ensuring constant communication with the customer and the leadership of Information Technology and Services. Serves as the resident expert of designated area of responsibility and should be able to assist the ITX Executive team when planning projects for budget or for counsel when there is question of how ITS performance is being executed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or related field and five plus years of relevant technical or business work experience
CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Valid driver’s license. ITIL V3 Foundations recommended. Project management certification preferred.
