Overview
The Wake Forest Health Network Internal Medicine – Westchester practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our thriving community-based practice in High Point, North Carolina. The Wake Forest Health Network is a physician-led, non-faculty multispecialty group practice affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Highlights:
- This is a 100% outpatient care role, with full-time providers working 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours.
- You'll have the advantage of strong and well-established community relationships and excellent administrative support.
Physician Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as an M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
- Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency.
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required.
