About 3 West – Renal Medical-Surgical Unit
3 West is a 20-bed unit located on the 3rd floor of the West Tower at Atrium Health Navicent. This unit specializes in kidney health, including chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, acute kidney injuries, and acute renal failure. 3 West also provides care for medical-surgical overflow patients, offering a diverse and dynamic clinical experience.
What You’ll Do
As an RN on 3 West, you will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with renal conditions and general medical-surgical needs.
- Monitor, assess, and implement personalized care plans for a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on kidney health, treatments, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current valid Georgia nursing license or eNLC nursing license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Will consider current nursing students graduating from an accredited RN education program within 60 days.
