Job Summary:
Supervises multi-functional food service areas to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Oversees daily operations, implements business practices, and identifies opportunities for growth while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of supervisory experience required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- Serv Safe certification required.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees daily food service operations, ensuring staff have necessary resources and meet goals.
- Assists with cash controls, payroll, and scheduling.
- Identifies and resolves operational issues, involving appropriate resources as needed.
- Supervises staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and prioritizing key activities.
- Provides feedback to employees to encourage and improve performance.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintains a safe work environment through training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implements quality improvements and communicates operational standards.
- Promotes employee satisfaction and ensures regulatory standards are met in all service areas.
- Maintains high-quality service delivery.
- Supports workplace diversity initiatives.

- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., rarely up to 100 lbs.
