Overview
Job Summary: Provides essential services necessary to enhance customer relations by responding to needs and requests of patients’ families, visitors, employees, physicians and other guests in providing locations and directional information. Responsible for maintaining a warm, friendly demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing and executing Emergency Response System calls. Acts as house-wide resource for patient location, facility direction, and information.
Education: Must be a High School or GED Diploma Graduate.
Experience: Minimum one year switchboard and/or computer experience.
