Overview

Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full time (32 hours per week), four days per week, from 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Location: Primary location (16-24 hours per week) at Spine Center, Medical Plaza-Clemmons, Clemmons, NC. Remaining time for the week float where needed at other x-ray locations: Downtown Health Plaza, Medical Plaza-Miller, Piedmont Plaza, Winston East – all in Winston Salem, NC.

What You Will Do 

Perform diagnostic radiology procedures by utilizing equipment and employing techniques and procedures that are appropriate to the entire span of ages served in accordance with accepted standards of practice, and demonstrating expertise in limiting radiation exposure to patients and other members of the health care team.

Assist radiologists and other qualified staff physicians with invasive procedures, patient scheduling, clerical and image processing functions.

What You Will Need:  

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.  
  • Registered and certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible and must become registered within 12 months of hire.  
  • BLS Provider Certification.
  • Minimum six months experience as a diagnostic Radiologic Technologist preferred.  One year experience with patients preferred.
