Overview

Job Summary:
Supervises food service operations (e.g., sandwich stand, salad bar, grill, hot foods, tray line) to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with standards. Identifies growth opportunities and supports the organization’s mission and values.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required; Associate's degree preferred.

Certification:

• Serv Safe certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring employees have necessary tools, inventory, and resources.
2. Assist with cash control, payroll, and scheduling.
3. Identify and resolve operational issues; escalate as needed.
4. Delegate and prioritize tasks while monitoring performance and compliance.
5. Provide feedback to staff for improvement, motivation, and recognition.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
7. Create a safe work environment through training and maintenance of equipment.
8. Establish and communicate operating standards and quality improvements.
9. Maintain employee satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
10. Ensure high-quality service delivery and support workplace diversity initiatives.
