Overview
Job Summary: Serves as the receptionist to the lobby area, answering incoming calls, routing calls, visitor/resident inquiries, mail, packages & other deliveries, while maintaining coverage at the desk at all times. Provides clerical support for other departments as requested and has a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and processes.
What is required:
1. Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
