Job Summary:
Performs a variety of tasks relating to the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, vacuum systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, fans, and other environmental systems. Utilizes computer control systems to maintain the proper environment within the hospital and responds to facilities-related calls from customers as needed.
Specifications:
1. Education: Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED required..
2. Experience: Five years relevant experience, or Certificate + three years experience, or Associate Degree + 2 years experience.
3. Certification/License/Registration: A working knowledge and building automation systems certification is preferred.
4. Position Titles and Number Supervised: None. 5. Special Training/Skills: Must be able to work independently and as a team.
