Overview
Job Summary: Provides direct nursing care to hospice patients, including needs assessment and developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of nursing care. Provides direct patient care on an ongoing basis in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Hospice standards of care.
Specifications:
1. Education: Associate’s degree in nursing.
2. Experience: Minimum two years of nursing experience. Hospice or home health experience and CHPN certification preferred.
3. Certification/License/Registration: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
